Being a yogi, does not mean that you have to become a vegetarian. Although consuming meats may make you feel heavier, yoga can still be practiced. If you are not a vegetarian and you practice yoga, try to make a conscious effort to avoid fried and fatty foods. These prevent the light, energized feeling that occurs during practice.
