Looking for a beginner's pose? Try Cat-Cow Pose!

1 Start in tabletop position. Make sure your back is flat, hips are directly above your knees, wrists and shoulders are stacked, and palms are flat.

Take a deep breath in, exhale and round out the spine towards the ceiling into cat pose. Keep your hands, feet, and shins in place. Gently release your head towards the floor.

On an inhale, lift your chest towards the ceiling and let your belly sink towards the floor. Your gaze should be straight ahead. On an exhale, come back to neutral which is tabletop position.
